Portrait Commissions

Mediums Available:

• Oil Painting (on linen or wood panel)
• Charcoal and Chalk on Toned Paper
• Acrylic Paint (available on many surfaces including clothing)
• Pencil / Graphite on Paper

Working from a photo

• Not all photographs make good artwork. In general, dramatic lighting makes for better photos and studio/portrait photography tends to wipe out necessary shadow information that makes a painting work.

Timeframe

• Oil paintings generally take at least 3 months to complete. Additionally, oil paintings need 5-14 days to be dry enough before I can ship them.
• Drawings and Acrylic Paintings take at least 4-7 weeks to complete plus shipping time.
